Taco Bell is coming to Davenport.
The Polk Squeeze found a building permit filed with Polk County for a new ground-up Taco Bell at 101 Tuscan Hills Blvd, Davenport, FL 33897, in the Tuscan Hills Commercial subdivision.
The project carries a $900,000 job value and will run about 2,260 square feet — a standard freestanding Taco Bell footprint.
The permit lists Venture Construction Company, based in Norcross, Georgia, as the contractor, with Davenport LG LLC as the property owner.
The application is still at "Application Received," the earliest stage in the county's review process, so construction hasn't started yet. No opening date has been announced.
