A new Indian restaurant is opening in Auburndale.
Aroma Indian Bar & Grill has officially opened for their soft launch starting today at 330 Denton Ave, taking over the lakefront space previously occupied by Tantrum's Lakeside Grill.
The menu focuses on modern Indian cuisine, Indo-Chinese favorites, and creative fusion dishes. The idea is to pair familiar flavors with contemporary techniques and presentation.
The restaurant is owned by Naresh Kumar and Chander Mohan, who each bring more than 11 years of restaurant industry experience.
Naresh handles the front of house side, with a background in restaurant operations, team leadership, and guest relations.
Chander runs the kitchen side, with a background in professional kitchen operations, food preparation, and flavor development.
Together, they say they want Aroma to be a welcoming part of the local community, built around quality ingredients, creative food, and genuine hospitality.
Hours are 11AM to 11PM every day.
