Wingstop is coming to Auburndale.
The chain already has a store page live for the location at 383 Havendale Blvd, in the Winn-Dixie anchored plaza. It lists hours of 10:30 AM to midnight, seven days a week.
The Polk Squeeze also found a commercial electrical permit filed with the City of Auburndale for the same address on Sept. 17. It covers low-voltage work, which is typically one of the final steps of a buildout.
This will be Auburndale's first Wingstop. The closest current locations are in Lakeland and Bartow.
No opening date has been announced.
We found this by monitoring Auburndale's public permit portal, and confirmed it against Wingstop's own site.
