A new Circle K is headed to Winter Haven.
The Polk Squeeze found four building permits filed with Polk County on May 26 for a brand new Circle K convenience store and gas station on Thornhill Road. The permits cover the main building, a fuel canopy, underground storage tanks, and a trash enclosure.
Combined construction value: just over $2 million.
The parcel is currently vacant land. All four permits are still in review, so construction hasn't been approved to start yet. No opening date has been announced.

We didn't find an announcement from Circle K, just a permit with their name on it and $2 million in construction scope.
