A new Dunkin' is coming to Lakeland.
We found a building permit filed with Polk County for a ground-up rebuild at 6317 Kathleen Rd. The project will be 1,764 square feet and single-story, and it replaces whatever's currently on the site after demolition.
The permit is still listed as Staff Researching, so it's in the early stages.
Construction hasn't started yet.
Kathleen Road is one of the main routes connecting downtown Lakeland to I-4, so it sees heavy commuter traffic.
No opening date has been announced.
