Orangetheory Fitness is coming to South Florida Avenue in Lakeland.
Orangetheory already has a “coming soon” page live for the location, listed at 1065 S. Florida Ave. The page advertises founding member rates for people who sign up before the studio opens.
The Polk Squeeze also found a building permit filed with the City of Lakeland for the same address, backing up the timeline.
The permit is for an interior buildout of Unit 3 and carries a $150,000 job value.
It was submitted Sept. 29 and is still under review with the city.
The address is in Lakeland’s Dixieland district.
Orangetheory’s previous Lakeland studio, at Lakeside Village, is listed as closed.
No opening date has been announced.
